For the past 35 years Mr. Midgette has been engaged in the development of as-planned schedules, monthly updates, change order impact analyses, forensic CPM delay analyses and claim cost evaluations. Mr. Midgette has been involved in more than 100 claims and has been schedule consultant for multi-million dollar projects such as the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis and the New Washington Convention Center in Washington DC. Mr. Midgette has testified in the Federal Court of Claims as an SME in scheduling and delay analysis and has been involved in dozens of claims settled by negotiation and without the need for litigation. His forte is CPM schedule analysis using Primavera's P6, the most widely recognized CPM software available today. Mr. Midgette was certified as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) from 2004 until 2019. Mr. Midgette now works Part-Time for MOCA Systems, Inc.
