About Michael Miduri

Like many high school students, I began my career in foodservice by simply “needing” a job. Now I get to lead a team in an organization that puts people first...customers and employees!Early in my career, as a waiter, I learned first hand the value of treating your guests as family. Being attentive to their needs without them having to ask not only benefited me, but because they were satisfied they returned to have me wait on them again. Later I owned my own restaurant and fully understood the pressures that chefs, managers and owners have in striving for perfection. By understanding the guest is always right; no task is too small; engaging my team members; and that everything counts when dealing with your reputation, I have been able to build dining programs that focus on enhancing an organization’s reputation.
