-Lead tiger team in design development, qualification, certification, and implementation of root cause corrective action to address United States Air Force Category 1 Deficiency Report (USAF CAT 1 DR) on KC-46 Tanker fuel leaks.-Managed technical statement of work, budget, schedule, and resources. -Ensure team is capable of planning, designing, evaluating, and implementing design solution. Provide development opportunities for team members to grow their skills. Setup robust systems to handle changing goals and direction. Communicate team goals, needs, and status with executive leadership to align expectations and outcomes.-Won the 2020 767 Program Engineering Team of the Year Award

Leadership NeXt (LX) is an enterprise-wide Boeing leadership development program. This 2 year program is for the highest performing and highest potential non-managers who aspire to move into formal or technical leadership. The goal of this program is to develop leaders who inspire excellence in others, shape a culture that values development and engagement, and lead with a "One Boeing" mindset.

Main design site for 777X. Responsibilities include:-Develop strategic project plans with clearly defined scope, deliverables, and timelines.-Coordinate the execution of project plans.-Evaluate performance against key technical requirements.-Communicate project status to a wide audience. Projects have included:-Development of new technology -Testing and verification using automated and integrated test systems-Leading major design changes of the propulsion system.

Center for propulsion support, both space and air breathing, across the enterprise.-Subject matter expert for design effort of Pyrotechnic Flight Termination System (FTS) of Space Launch System (SLS) Exploration Upper Stage (EUS).-Responsible for preliminary design and development of requirements for Stage Separation System (SSS) for SLS EUS-Built working relationships with research labs to support IRAD projects in the EP field as the Electric Propulsion (EP) focal for the group.

Main design site for the Space Launch System (SLS) Core Stage (CS). -As the Responsible Engineer for the SLS CS Flight Termination System (FTS), oversaw design, requirements verification and qualification of the components required for execution of flight termination. Worked within the Integrated Product Team, as well as with the component supplier, to ensure proper development and integration of the system.-Led the Pyrotechnic Analysis team in assessing the performance of the Flight Termination System and characterizing the dispersion of propellants after an FTS event.

Research facility using the latest diagnostic tools for the study of combustion and fluid mechanical phenomena. -Designed and fabricated a data acquisition and control system for a high pressure test combustor studying the effects of nozzle configuration on combustion efficiency and combustion products. -Setup a 10TB server for sharing large data sets on simulations of combustible flows with users in the world wide scientific community.

A Georgia Tech lab concentrating on increasing the performance and efficiency of high power electric propulsion (EP), identifying and understanding integration issues with spacecraft using EP systems, and to understand the life limiting factors of EP devices.-Worked to design and fabricate experimental apparatus, optimized experimental techniques, and maintained sensitive lab equipment.-Designed test stand for T-140 Hall Thruster. Redesigned and built discharge regulator for power sources. Became proficient in the use of the metal lathe and mill and created multiple display panels and experiment parts. Fabricated a microgravity (MG) experiment that flew onboard the Vomit Comet for NASA MG research on gyroscopes. Designed test set up for characterization of carbon nanotube electron emitters. Became proficient at procurement of lab materials. Characterized pumping speed of Vacuum Testing Facility.

Fabrication and assembly site for the 787 Dreamliner. -As a member of the Plan Quality Team, worked to ensure planning contained 100% of required engineering in a way that was traceable, logical and workable. -As a member of the Dimensional Management Team, worked to resolve issue with Aft Body floor grid out of tolerance condition realized at assembly. Organized data from several partners to better understand root cause and analyze possible solutions. Proposed suggested solutions to Production Engineering Management Team. Total savings of implementation of this solution is $160 Million.
