    After experiencing the price gouging by some staffing agencies, I set out to do it differently. My company is transparent, no hidden fees, no mileage, no bonuses for us to pick up shifts, and no buy-out fees. I am set on changing the perception of Staffing Agency by lowering rates, and delivering quality.I closed because the gouging continues and I refuse to participate in it. Other agencies charged $5-10 more per hour and paid staff more than we could compete with at our rates. I refused to raise rates to bring in more staff.
