Served on duty as the Interface Control Cell Officer-In-Charge with the MACG 38 11th MEU Detachment from September 2020 to March 2022. Deployed with the 11th MEU from August 2021 to February 2022 aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex in support operations in U.S. Central Command and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Returned to MACS 1 in April 2022 and honorably discharged from active duty in November 2022. Military awards and decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.

Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant on November 17, 2018. Graduated from The Basic School in Quantico, VA in June 2019 and assigned the Military Occupational Specialty of Air Defense Control Officer. Served on duty with Marine Air Control Squadron 1 (MACS 1) at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ from December 2019 to September 2020. In July 2020, traveled to the Warrior Preparation Center in Einsiedlerhof, Germany and participated in Exercise Spartan Shield with U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force personnel. Coordinated and executed online rapid response during presidential primary debates from the campaign “war room.” Traveled with the candidate in Iowa and live-streamed a day on the campaign trail across the campaign’s social media platforms to gain earned media and increase online engagement.

Directed the matching of voter data to digital profiles allowing the targeting of selected voters with unique advertising across multiple digital platforms. Drafted and placed Google search ads to respond in real time to attacks from campaign opponents. Wrote email copy and directed the McConnell campaign’s small-dollar email fundraising program.
