The overwhelming majority of these issues never result in any negative coverage. • The 2017 AAMI Crash Index campaign received major coverage across the country, reaching a cumulative audience of 4.4 million people, equating to an advertising value of more than $400,000. I delivered a live cross to the Today Show and numerous interviews for TV, radio and written media. It achieved coverage across Seven, Nine and Ten news bulletins in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, and radio coverage on the major talkback radio networks and extensive coverage in metropolitan and regional newspapers.• During Tropical Cyclone Debbie in April 2017, I co-ordinated media activity from the Sydney office, including daily media releases and social media updates on Suncorp's response, and liaised with our teams deployed to the disaster area.• As Ex-TC Debbie moved south, I was deployed to Lismore and Murwillumbah to liaise with the local media and government stakeholders in person. I supported one of Suncorp's CEOs as he arrived in Lismore to meet with customers, local government and media. • Suncorp was mentioned in 941 Debbie-related items, 98.7 per cent of which were positive or neutral. As a result our team won the 2017 Suncorp team-of-the-year award.• After the Sydney hailstorm in February 2017, I successfully positioned Suncorp as the first insurer to act vis radio and TV new items on Seven and 2GB. To date, there has been no negative coverage of Suncorp's claims handling following this disaster. -
