Objective was to get all equipment on consignment, so not to incur capital expense. In five months time, I obtained one press and two dosing systems valued at over $350M, and was closing a deal on a third press. • Equipment manager – maintained the ADC equipment as well as the CLSR sampling and QC equipment so that the equipment is always ready to trial new materials. • Processing expertise – visit various LSR molding facilities equipment manufacturers along with the ADC leader and become familiar with a variety of manufacturing presses and processes.• Customer draw – Aid ADC leader with execution of successful ADC open houses where we could accommodate a large number of customers and display a wide range of processes and parts.

Also assisted and led other Dow Corning facilities in same effort. • Led effort on site to consolidate quality systems, globally, in order to maintain one global ISO registration, rather than separate site registrations.• Types of testing equipment; tensometers, rheometers (MDR, ODR), durometers, Sp.G., ovens, oil baths, some electrical testing.
