Acquired my Organizational Psychology MS degree in Azusa Pacific, my specialization will be focused on helping executives lead organizational change in a multi-generational workforce. I focus on empowering each generation with the purpose of accelerating organizational success.My services will promote generational fluid implementation that will help organizations foster culturally diverse and collaborative environments. Implementation will reduce intergenerational conflicts, eliminate technological stress and ageism beliefs.
