Lead 35 staff members in the construction of the FBI’s Redstone Training Center, a $1.4B complex of facilities that are a fusion of technology, training, and infrastructure to develop 21st century field operatives. Supervise engineering and logistics throughout the 54 states and territories including managing budget portfolios of over $4B. Coordinates logistics and engineering civil support and domestic response between the Department of Defense, National Guard Bureau and affected states and territories.

Led a team of 20 diverse, high-performance Soldiers and civilians in developing a $20+B mobilization plan that was adopted by the Secretary of the Army in support of the Army’s large scale Continental United States (CONUS) mobilization of the Korean and European plans. Proactively collaborated with Missile Defense, Logistics, Medical, Network, Transportation, Installation and Forces Commands to address these gaps and achieve mission success.• Utilized Models Based System Engineering (MBSE) with Rand Corporation to evaluate large scale mobilization factors and outcomes.• Contributed to FORSCOM's Program Information Data (PID) and Army Preposition Stocks (APS) analysis

Managed a 27-person team of engineering professionals across all DoD services. Coordinated strategic Engineer initiatives including critical infrastructure protection, Aerospace Control Alert and Homeland Defense asset protection. Developed key aspects of the Command’s Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan that enabled the mobilization, protection and continued operations of the command. Managed the CFMO department including program management, facility maintenance, master planning, finance, and inspections. Managed the risks associated with the CFMO line of business through the development of a campaign plan that evaluated fiscal capabilities and limitations, work classifications, MILCON planning, and master planning. Utilized all key systems of record including PRIDE, RPLANS, ASIP, and ISR.• Constructed a $100M+ program to meet strategic goals throughout the State of Utah. • Developed 100 acres at Cp. Williams including electrical, water and sewer prime utilities.• Added 2.2 MW of renewable power to facilities throughout the state.

Engineer Chief assigned to construct the Parwan (Bagram) Supermax Detention Facility and awarded the Kabul Prison expansion contract. Developed prison contracts for 12 regional prisons. Constructed portions of the Parwan Judicial Center and Bagram Operational area. Identified gaps in prime power distribution, that if not addressed would result in mission failure. Utilized AutoCAD and Microsoft Project and Office suite.

Coordinated curricula, staff training, equipment and facilities between the schoolhouse headquarters and outlying schoolhouses. Coordinated Engineer schoolhouse curricula for 17 engineer specialties across 5 engineer schoolhouses. Interfaced with OSD, HQDA, TRADOC and PEO staff on the fielding of Army Engineer Heavy Equipment.• Coordinated the Congressional Budget Estimate Submission (BES) for Engineer equipment modernization.• Coordinated Geographical Information standards for GeoIntelligence (GEOINT) with the US Army Intelligence School (Ft. Huachuca) and the DA-G2.• Led the construction of the OEF/OIF Engineer Memorial Wall.

Led a team of 60+ engineers and range officers in planning, designing and constructing individual live fire, collective live fire, urban and simulated weapons ranges. Coordinated all key project milestones including program scoping and budgeting, realty, environmental, safety danger zone analysis, explosive radius design and construction. Developed the Range Complex Master Planning Tool (RCMPT) software including fielding the Beta and full versions and conducting training across the nation. Utilized RCMPT to increase the range portfolio from $260M to $590M. Managed munitions throughout the nation in close coordination with training and operations divisions using TAMIS.

Managed Military Construction, Army National Guard (MCNG) and Unspecified Minor MILCON (UMMC) construction projects across 13 states and an overall portfolio of over $600M. Coordinated all key project milestones including program scoping and budgeting, realty, environmental, design and construction. Utilized AutoCAD, Microsoft Project Manager, ArcGIS, Army Stationing and Installation Program (ASIP), PRIDE and the Department of Defense's budget program Probe (PPBE), DD Form 1391 Administration and Execution System (PAX) System, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Taught Program Management at CFMO University.

Deployed in OEF-I and developed Bagram Air Base and Afghan National Army facilities in Kabul and Forward Operating Bases in the surrounding area. Constructed a myriad of unfractured for Forward Base (FOB) and Bagram Air Base. Developed the communications network infrastructure throughout Bagram Air Base with TF Mountain. Worked closely with Logistics Task Force 129 to establish the Service Support Area, petroleum and water distribution systems. Worked with Excelled in mission accomplishment and was awarded the Bronze Star. Brought everyone home without serious injury during the opening days of the Afghanistan theater - an extremely dangerous and evolving time.

Developed a master plan for Camp Williams and readiness center expansion across the state. Recognized by the National Guard Bureau as leader in the Army's real property database, PRIDE. Utilized RPLANS, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

Designed and manufactured industrial and military grade valves and control surface actuators for military and industrial applications.
