Operated and maintained a 1.2 mgd water treatment plant that made electronics grade water for a large semiconductor manufacturing facilty. The processes used were reverse osmosis, ozone generation, ultra filtration ,and ion exchange. The water was used in all aspects of the manufacturing process throughout all the labs. I also was responsible for the operations of wastewater filter presses that extracted the precious metels that were used to manufacture the semiconductors.
