Current• Manage the daily MACD work queues for the members of our Platform Operations analyst team members. o Move, add, change, and delete requests.• Provide backup support managing the engineering side of the operations teams.• Create and track scheduling of all projects.• Work through and remove any “blockers” that impede workflow.• Ensure accurate records within multiple databases.• Work across multiple teams to accomplish tasks and goals.o Project Management o Engineeringo Saleso Network Operations Centero Both executive and senior leadership • Direct calls with clients when required. • Create process documentation and flow charts for multiple groups within the organization.• Project management. • Track progress of new customer onboarding.o Gather all customer data. o Verify any credentials and access.o Location and LCON data.o Rules of engagement for alerting• Work to ensure a smooth transition into our customer portal. • Support the engineering team as required for test and turnup as well as field service dispatch.• Provide both daily and weekly updates to the executive and senior leadership.
