Serves as the deputy to the Program Manager for the San Joaquin River Restoration Program’s activities and is responsible for interpreting and applying Reclamation and Program policies, directives, and directions, including managing the preparation of the Program’s annual operating budget (approximately $85 M for FY 14); and coordinates efforts for formulating out-year projections, justifications, and end-of-year analysis of actuals. Supervises and evaluates Program personnel, ensuring resource management goals are met with balanced workloads and high-performance.
