Led the development of a new 10 years global strategy, strengthened organisational alignment with World Vision behind a new global strategy, strengthened financial capacity through a successful corporate sale, revitalised fund-raising, and tapped capital markets with the successful close of a kangaroo microfinance bond in Australia, a first.He has been the lead or principal consultant on more than 100 engagements in 10+ African countries serving financial service providers, funds, and private enterprises. He founded the School of African Microfinance and was the Course Director between 2005-2017 during which time he trained more than 1,400 executives from more than 40 countries.He has broad experience and expertise in strategy and competitiveness, economic development, business model design, financial analysis and modelling, investment research and analysis, technical assistance design and evaluation, and executive training. He has transactional and advisory experience in corporate and structured finance in a number of African markets.
