Current-Independently researches, plans, and develops new ways to manage and deliver test data to customers through the use of programming. Creating web services using C# that allow other developers to retrieve test data from different databases, which are displayed to customers.• Automated the syncing between Active Directory accounts and SharePoint to allow users permission to use SharePoint through the use of timer jobs, which execute at scheduled intervals. This helps reduce the time to adding new users to access SharePoint as it has been automated.• Developed scheduling management SharePoint application that allows test officers to schedule and assign equipment and personal to a test. Implemented a calendar and approval system that allows administrators to approve or deny scheduling of tests.• Designs and implements record logging of customer transaction used by web services. Records are used to monitor and track when resources are acquired, utilized, or altered.• Developed a web service that provides financial data of an effort, which allows the customer to track, analyze, and report on spending on a per effort basis.• Develops software requirement documentation to represent features and capabilities of new software development. Maintains, documents, and debugs existing software to ensure reliability and functionality along with adding new functionality for customers and developers.• Continually monitor reliability and availability of SharePoint servers and web services to ensure that mission critical systems, such as incident and effort data, are functional.• Conducts testing of new and current software applications to ensure accuracy and reliability to customers.
