Responsibilities:•Design, operate and maintain virtualization infrastructure, consisting of 2 data centers, 6 Cisco UCS domains, 120 blade servers and 1500 virtual machines. •Research, evaluate, and recommend new hardware and software to support an expanding infrastructure.•Server deployments using templates and PowerCLI scripts for production and development.•Stewardship of the virtual infrastructure resources. •Report capacity, utilization and currency of environment resources. •Disaster Recovery planning, documentation and implementation. •Creation of Infrastructure and end user documentation.•Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure projects, including risk and issues, task timelines, and project deliverables. •Responsible for resolution of tier 3 incident tickets. •Implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Windows 2012, 2008, 2003 and 2000 File and Print, Database, and Application servers.

Experienced in Kixtart scripting. •Managed the Corporate facility workstation upgrade from Windows 98 to XP.

Responsibilities:•Maintain all IT related equipment (servers, workstations, scanners, networked label and document printers, RF terminals and data ports) for two value-added computer reseller warehouses and support offices. •Migrated Windows NT server from DEC Alpha to Compaq i386 platforms. •Perform daily network administrative functions, including account creation, deletion, print queue maintenance and network DECHub switch maintenance. •Create, maintain and deploy standard workstation images using Symantec Ghost. •Create custom scripts for generation of bar code labels to increase productivity of order processing.

PROM Programming Center - Senior Support EngineerResponsibilities:•Lead team of 4 junior support engineers, and 8 technicians, in the production programming of logic and memory IC devices from customer’s Master devices or software. •Setup and maintenance of equipment used to program integrated circuits.•Worked with customer’s engineers to resolve issues with Master devices.
