Within this busy and challenging leadership role, I am responsible to drive, manage and effectively lead the Work Deployment Centres to execute highly productive field plans in order to deliver maximum field productivity and great customer experiences. During my time in this role my teams have had to deliver work to up to 1800 field technicians who are responsible for the activation of new services, restoration of faults, repair of network and performing civil/construction activities. Over the past 2.5 years I have been responsible for the performance of up to 9 sites across in 5 different states in Australia. My teams have consisted of up to 5 Workflow Team Managers and 150 deployment staff. As a Workflow Manager it is very important to have a strong customer focus. I always apply a customer lens when considering options to ensure the best decision is made for both the business and customer. Key Achievements Site consolidation of 9 sites across 5 different states into 3 primary locations based in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. Built a National Workflow Roster strategy for over 150 Work Deployment staff across the nation. 7 day, 7am-7pm roster which reduced cost, delivered work life balance for our staff and enables our staff to see their roster 1+ months out. Implemented Success Plan and Talent Matrix into our centres Disaster Relief Programs – Bushfire and Flood recovery team to assist our customers and communities who have lost serviceSite Lead for ISO Audits across my centres - All centres successfully passing audits.Currently Workflow National Lead for Workflow Dispatch Replacement System that is due to be implemented late 2016/2017.Successfully delivered on all Regulatory metrics in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Workflow lead for the Business Continuity PlansBuilt strong working relationships with key stakeholders demonstrating trust, collaboration and respect. In addition, I have accountability for achieving agreed customer service and business targets for all work allocated, by ensuring resource availability of appropriate skilled, trained and equipped staff, in a climate of continual change. This will support a more integrated Service Delivery model and ensure customer satisfaction in a climate of intense competition within the industry.

This role within Telstra gave me an in depth insight into resource management and coordination along with balancing out financial implications.
