• Provides inputs to immediate superior on results of training for operations people either for group or individual to improve knowledge and skills.
• Conducts spot monitoring of performance of Training Specialist and Trainers, Management trainees, Team Leaders and Point Person for Training (PPT).
• Ensures adherence to training budget

Gateway

• Maintains the financial bottom line of the assigned outlet/brand by monitoring the Food Cost, Labor Cost and Operating Income.
• Ensures the implementation of product and service quality standards.
• Provides link between Head Office Support Departments (HR, Training, Accounting, Purchasing, IT Dept, Marketing) and outlet needs.
• Oversees outlet’s consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Monitors performance of the management teams.

Makati

• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to employees on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance
• Directs partners to various workstations to reduce bottlenecks and to ensure speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs are met
• Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
