As new model Leader, I provide direction for the management of new automobile product development or transfer activities within SED. Develop the General Schedule for a new product development (transfer) with respect to the following: a) planning of Manufacturing process flow; b) negotiation of critical path activities between Sales, Design and Engineering; and c) identification of potential Manufacturing risks or opportunities. Develop detailed trial event requirements and activity schedules. Create instructions to direct the ordering, production, and fabrication of parts necessary to build NM trial event units. Lead NM Project Team in the resolution of problems, recognize manufacturing issues and determine/implement countermeasures. Coordinate, direct and prepare for NM Evaluation events. Summarize and report NM Investment and Start-Up Expense required to launch a new model. Negotiate Trial Event Unit Request requirements at a SED level. Effectively use Visual Management principles to ensure completion of New Model activity on mass production time frame (NMC SAP / NMC EA00’s , Scorecard). Assess compliance to established NM rules and standards and redirect team as required. Develop and maintain strong communication routes to ensure information sharing internally and at an SED level. Summarize project reflections and provide input to business plan.

As Senior Automotive Buyer, I am responsible for both functions of Cost and Delivery buyer in the Chassis department. Other functions include creation of both build as well as test purchase orders. Correspond with suppliers for the lowest cost as well as on time delivery of parts for the above mentioned builds and tests. Act as a project manager with HRA's Design and Fabrication departments for countermeasure needs. These countermeasure needs also include parts receiving and Logistics coordination.

As Materials Manager, I was responsible for the Supply Chain team which consisted of a Senior Buyer, Traffic manager, and incoming inspection clerk. This team procured and sourced all components for machines, finished goods, raw materials, sub assemblies, capital equipment, and the best negotiation of parts piece price to maximize company margins. Implemented Key Performance (KPI) for all Supply Chain activities.

As the Sr. Export Ordering and Shipping Analyst, I was responsible for the forecasting, ordering, receiving, and shipment of vehicles to all Export (global) accounts. This also included performance of production and ordering trends to Senior Management. Daily report creation to track status of an accounts vehicle order, as well as resolving damaged units and port accessory issues. Create and managed the Export Carflow that was a forecasting tool to for proper Export distribution and plant demand.

As the Sr. Export Market Analyst, I was responsible for supporting all Export accounts with product information, Advertising, training, and media events. Coordination with each Export account for any new model year market needs required for product planning purposes. New product launch responsibilities include quality reviews of trial units, vehicle spec confirmations, and delivery of those units. Coordinator of Export regulatory documentation, all production schedules, and Export model guides for VPC accessory selections.

As the Material Supply Analyst, I was responsible for analysis, maintenance, verification, and implementation of engineering changes into the production process.Bill of Material accuracy along with application lists creation.Coordinated data with external as well as internal contacts to make a successful design note implementation.Floor coordination(ECO) analyst.Shipper analyst of pre-production vehicles that included coordination with Marketing, FTZ, Design, Engineering, Quality and Transportation to the end customer.
