1- Technical office.• Prepare for approval all electrical shop drawings, material submittals based on project specifications, corresponding codes and distribute them to concerned parties.• Coordinate with all departments.• Prepare all quantity survey for all systems and issued all the corresponding PO`s. • Prepare and follow-up the RFI`s. • Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.• Provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects.• Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.• Prepare all as built drawing for all electrical systems based on site installations.2- Site work.• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.• Preparing reports as required.• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
