Writing the tender involved obtaining business requirements, defining the non-functional specifications and agreeing commercial terms with the Procurement department. The current UoS system bills around £10 million pounds every week, and is seen as one of ScottishPower’s key systems.Project Office Manager, ScottishPower / Iberdrola SAP Implementation April 2008 – Nov 2009•This was a £23 million program to migrate SP’s Energy Network and Corporate business units to the SAP platform. The team (which totalled 60 at its height) was made up of IT specialists and business subject matter experts from the UK and Spain: I was in charge of the Project Office, responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance across five workstreams. • I set up our risks, issues and dependencies registers, progressed risk management with workstream leads, and chased on issue resolution• I managed change control on the project, commissioning impact analysis papers and making recommendations for progressing changes.• I prepared and presented project reports for users, Project Managers, and IT and Business Steering Groups.
