Head of Connecticut's largest Business Improvement District. Stamford Downtown provides a diverse array of services to ensure Downtown is a welcome inviting setting for residents, workers, visitors and investors. Stamford Downtown offers daily environmental maintenance, public realm beautification, social service outreach, marketing, event production and Creative Placemaking.

As Vice-President of Operations for the Stamford Downtown Special Services District (Stamford Downtown), I have had the opportunity to fully immerse myself, and contribute to, in Connecticut's leading Business Improvement District and Downtown setting. In that role, I have direct responsibility for management the following:1.5 Full-Time Operations Staff10-Member, combined, Ambassador and Daily Environmental Maintenance Team for daily curbside cleaning, social service outreach as well as a variety of special physical conditions projects such as power washing, painting and weed removal,Year-round Landscape Beautification Program including a Landscape Architect and Watering/Maintenance contractor with a scope of over two hundred (200) hanging baskets, approximately forty five (45) ground planters and gardens;Winter Lighting Program including eight (80) street trees and large-scale installations including the Columbus Park requiring more that 63,000 lights Staff organization's Environmental Maintenance/Physical Conditions Committee resulting in creation of streetscape guidelines for Bedford Street corridorRepresent the organization, as needed, before local Boards including Planning and Zoning CommissionsConduct analysis of annual Grand List information and calculate Mill Rate for special assessment income.

The Bridgeport Downtown Special Services District (DSSD) serves as the Business Improvement District for Downtown Bridgeport. The DSSD is charged with fostering a safe, welcoming and business-friendly-environment within downtown. To meet this goal DSSD oversees the continuous improvement of physical conditions and public safety, promoting downtown's many cultural assets and designing initiatives to drive demand to downtown businesses.

Project Management of redevelopment efforts within Norwalk's urban core neighborhoods (i.e. in-fill development, affordable housing, transit-oriented development and brownfields).

The Senior Community Development Project Manager has responsibility for the administration of the Redevelopment Agency's community development resources including the local allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding. This position also contributes to policy decisions regarding community development issues including affordable housing.

Oversaw State financial assistance on behalf of a variety of economic and community development activities throughout the State of Connecticut.
