I was blessed to work at companies such as F.S. Scarbrough LLC,PowerGrid Resources as a Line Inspector and Service Electric Company as Journeyman Substation Technician/ Developmental Foreman but I also have hands on experience and mental capabilities to handle Telecommunications Subcon for Crown Castle, T&D and All levels of Substation duties which Intel almost all construction trades in one set area as a Developmental Foreman and Enjoy Equipment operating. The main goal I have is running crews and honestly move up from there. I see no other way around my mind at ease till then.I'm going to strive everyday to always Grow, Learn, Listen, Remain Humble, and No matter the position I'll always be a willing vessel to do whatever it Is I'm asking someone to do never getting To Good to Get Dirty But also know my worth at the same time and very acknowledgable of Not Micro managing yet allowing everyone to know the same amount of info the president of the company knows. It is much easier to know you have people on your team that as just is capable as the next person to accomplishing tasks that are detrimental but beneficial if handled correctly. I can say personally if I'm treated as if I cant tie my shoes I doubt I will feel confident in your confidence in me to achieve much more than that.
