Colleagues describe him as "Mr. Moorefield is a Speciality Architect, with this comes thinking outside the typical single residence home, however more focused on the details in which makes an intricate design specific to each design owners and families specific needs. While working for Michael, I learned through his compassion for architecture, that any architect can design a simple single family residence, and this simply is not what Michael excells at. The single family residences he designed while I was employeed by him, are true architectural plans, through listening to his clients, immediate needs and specific desires, he could turn thier dream into a family residence will with all the character, style and function needed beyond thier immediate sight. His architectural plan designs are not for the average home owner or builder, they are for the families that want to start new traditions in a home that they are able to build memories in for many years to come without having to be updated in sytle, they are timeless. His esxpertise is however not limited to single family residences, he also excells in a long career within the Historic District, keeping the intregrity of the original structures and bringing them to the current codes necessary, for both residential clients as well as businesses.
