PhotoBot is a company that was spun off from 44 Wide inc. in March of 2013. The operating partners are Michael Moran and Thomas Moran. The company specializes in event photography using an open concept photo booth and a data colection strategy that changes the business dynamic of a photo booth. One of the differentiating opperational features is the use of green screen technology to allow for customized backdrops.

Manage development of photographic products that have mass marketing appeal. The initial product that's been overwhelmingly received in the market is a gallery wrapped canvas. We produce the canvas using museum grade archival materials and a relational database that creates an efficient production workflow. This allows us to reduce customer support actions and hit a lower price point expanding the potential marketplace. We have generated over 27,000 orders for our product @ $69 ea. in 14 months in the North American market.

Worked on a strategy for development of POD business for a major Canadian production facility.

- Developed business strategies, opportunities and operational budgets for the company. - Sold and managed customer billing, print and mail services to STN. STN was a long distance reseller that had over 500,000 customers. The annual sales for our services were in excess of $2.25 million a year.- Sold and managed customer billing, print and mail services to Direct Energy. The annual sales to service their US customers were in excess of $500,000 per year. - Sold and managed statement print and mail programs for Fidelity Investments Canada. I have managed multiple programs for Fidelity Investments Canada for 11 years through two reviews and successfully negotiated two sole source multi-year contracts that terminated in 2009. Annual sales have averaged over $1.5 million a year. - Sold and executed a program for the production of customized annual reports to Fidelity Investments which was the forerunner of the Smart Prospectus program that ADP has successfully developed and sold to the financial services community. The sales value of the production was in excess of $750,000. The intelligent production methodology used for this program saved Fidelity over $500,000 in production costs. - Conceived and developed a production methodology for the publishing of customized newsletters that we marketed to the financial services, real-estate, and dental markets. The product drastically changed the landscape for custom newsletters by reducing the cost of entry for a prospective client subsequently expanding the network of potential customers. The product also allowed for a degree of personalization that enabled multiple versions making it a more flexible and useful publication. - Managed a sales group of 6 people that sold our newsletters to various financial services companies in the Canadian market. - Set up and managed a production facility with digital colour press and intelligent read-write inserter to bring newsletter production in house.

Worked with Quinn Data services helping them establish direct mail production capabilities. - Worked with Cover-All Computer Services Corp. helping them establish direct mail production capabilities. Sourced remanufactured digital print production equipment, established production management control systems, assisted in the recruitment of sales and production personnel. - Worked with Texcom Marketing providing production management services.

- Managed the production of all direct mail requirements. - Worked with sales associates as technical advisor on sales calls to customers and prospects. - Managed departmental budget with compensation based on P&L. - Streamlined production flow for Cabbage Patch Doll birth certificates. Produced over 10,000,000/month.
