My duties pertain to event creation, management, and general upkeep and monitoring. I have come into an already well established facility, rich in history, that is being run by like minded "stay ahead of technology" people. I am also tasked with servicing the needs and desires of the Tacoma Dome staff and facility, in relation to ticketing their world class events, as well as keeping them up to to speed on everything that my company offers and is capable of.

This position is where I found my true calling in life. I am currently implementing my hard work ethic into an atmosphere that is ever changing between our 7,500+ seat area as well as our 2,300+ seat performing arts center. One day, I am managing box office sales and daily business of the AHL Rockford IceHogs, the next day I could be doing the same for all sorts of different performances ranging from the Zac Brown Band all the way to Disney on Ice.I was given my first duty of acting as the personal liaison to our premium season ticket holders, including our Suites, Club Boxes, and Club Lounge areas. Whether it was providing or receiving feedback of any kind, handling difficult requests or issues, providing a personal touch on seat selection for tickets. My goal is to have these clients feeling as they are the most important people to my job.Upon starting my position, we were on the Paciolan ticketing system. Just as quickly as I learned this system, it was gone and we were replaced with Ticketmaster. I was able to extend my knowledge of the systems over the daily sales and took charge of training the box office staff and the IceHogs sales departments. Everyone was fully trained and able to perform their job functions within the first week of obtaining the new software. I couldn't be more proud of how I was able to get everyone to this level, while my boss was able to work on the event management and building process that required her absolute full attention.After a full season of the Ticketmaster system, it became very clear to everyone in the offices that I could do just about anything with a computer. In the summer of 2013, I was promoted to being the companies designated IT person. I am currently ensuring the all internet, phones, network and email services are up and running at all times. I also ensure complete network and information safety, and act as the point of contact between our ISP and Network Monitoring companies.
