Opportunity to develop my hospitality skills for a Health and Safety in food hygiene and preparation. One of the most beneficial training courses I attended was in Barista Design.I was promoted to supervisor in June 2007. My responsibilities grew to include managing 18 members of staff across two outlets and weekly cash management. Owing to my successful role as supervisor I was tasked with building a team for the second outlet. The skills I had developed in staff management and public interaction gave me the ability to promote positive customer service and culture within the shop leading to the staff enjoying work and also performing to the high standards I set.
