Digital Learning Advisor experienced in delivering strategic initiatives such as the School's Digital Strategy, Rural Access Gap Program, and Digital Maturity Planner & Framework, working within the NSW Department of Education's IT Directorate. In 2023 our 20-person Digital Support Team provided targeted digital teaching and learning support to 1000+ rural schools, as well as on site-visits, in person Professional Learning, demonstration lessons, coaching, and weekly online mentoring for 300+ High School Digital Classroom Officers across the state. Concurrently, I worked as part of a pilot program two-person team where we have designed a framework for ITD Emergency Response to provide critical digital support and ongoing relief disaster-affected schools - inclusive of a best practice model for expert teachers to provide on-site support and advice to school leaders, teachers, and non-teaching staff working in disaster-affected Local Government Areas. This year, as a relieving Head Teacher of Mathematics, I have lead a collaborative team to develop and deliver innovative digital programs aligned with the new Mathematics K-10 curriculum.
