Led MBC efforts delivering the full range of expert advice, assistance, and guidance services needed in support of MBC clients delivering: supply chain management best practice expertise, integration guidance, risk management, issue resolution, communication, analyses and reports.Mr. Morgan provided functional supply chain and enterprise architecture leadership to DoD clients to ensure that programs are successfully prepared to meet the strategic goals of the department.

Led the BearingPoint Team in the development of an Enterprise Architecture for the Air Force Logistics Community. Mr. Morgan led a team of consultants and subcontractors to develop an Operational Architecture, a Systems Architecture, and Transition Plan with Business Cases that define the future operating processes and systems for AF Logistics, to include a transition plan that outlines the roll-out strategy. Led a BearingPoint team in the delivery of a supply chain strategy for the electronics/avionics division of a major commercial aerospace company to develop a 3-year RoadMap that would take out $300MM in cost and implement supply chain best practices. BearingPoint Supply Chain SWAT team. Acted as a central subject matter advisor to BearingPoint in the use and delivery of BearingPoint supply chain methodologies, tools, and resources. Additionally, Mr. Morgan acts as an instructor for supply chain.
