With extensive experience as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer, I am dedicated to steering construction projects from initial planning through to execution and final occupancy. My proactive and hands-on leadership approach is firmly rooted in a commitment to excellence. This focus ensures that I consistently deliver projects not only on time and within budget but also surpass quality standards. My expertise and leadership style combine to drive projects forward effectively, ensuring seamless progression at every stage.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of AlgoTrage, I have been instrumental in building and leading a pioneering technology start-up focused on algorithmic e-commerce trading. Along with my two co-founders, I embarked on a journey to revolutionize the e-commerce sector through innovative technology. My role has encompassed the entire spectrum of entrepreneurial skills, particularly in business development, product development, and operational management. I have been at the forefront of the company's evolution, right from its inception to its current stature, by strategically leveraging data collection and analysis. This approach has been crucial in guiding the product development process from its initial rollout to completion, ensuring that every stage aligns with our overarching business objectives.

As a Project Manager/Supervisor at E.Spivak Engineering, I played a pivotal role in overseeing and executing major infrastructural projects, notably the "Shenkar Portal" National Light Rail Project-Red Line. This critical project, with a contract value of 139 million NIS, involved the intricate construction of a tunnel and the deployment shaft for the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine). My responsibilities extended to the successful management of the “Em HaMoshavot” project, valued at 16 million NIS, which encompassed the challenging tasks of receiving and deploying a TBM machine and executing specialized engineering work to reinforce the tunnel ceiling. Additionally, I was integral to the completion of the “Chamber 2.8” project, a complex 107 million NIS contract involving the construction of an underground shaft for a switching passage crucial for both the TBM machine and the light rail. My role in these projects demonstrated my expertise in managing high-value contracts, coordinating multifaceted engineering tasks, and delivering successful outcomes in high-pressure environments.

I previously founded and independently managed a supplies and rental business, where I handled everything from marketing to day-to-day operations and customer relations. This experience not only honed my skills in strategic marketing and overall business management but also demonstrated my ability to successfully grow a venture solo.
