New Jersey After 3 Supervised a comprehensive after-school enrichment program of up to 500 grade K-8 students in five Paterson Public School Sites. Assisted in Management of fiscal responsibilities of a $700,000 NJAfter3 grant and acquired an additional $20,000 from grant funding.Recruited, trained and evaluated over 60 supervisory, instructional and direct line staff ranging from college students, certified teachers, resident artists and AmeriCorps. Developed and maintained partnerships with colleges and universities, community organizations and corporations to enhance the services provided to students and their families.

Even Start Family Literacy ProgramDirectly supervised a staff of ESL teachers and family workers.Managed fiscal responsibilities of over $125,000 of Even Start Grant and acquired $25,000 from grant funding.Developed and maintained relationships with public and private schools, universities and community organizations.
