Houston And Offshore Nigeria

• Exclusive client side project engineer on this US $50MM+ offshore Nigeria greenfield development project.
• Managed the project engineering aspects and activities from FEED, construction in GoM, transport to field, and offshore Nigeria during the installation operation of the 1000 Te Well Head Platform.
• Technical lead that successfully managed the 21 day offshore installation campaign using a new build 2000 Te lift barge. This was under the time frame allotted and we came in under budget.
• Technical tendering support and evaluation for the future FPSO for the WHP.

• Engineered and executed complex heavy lift and heavy haul projects. Extensive AutoCAD designing of lift systems, rigging, crane lifts, strand jacks, SPMT transports, jack and slide equipment, and heavy over the road.
• Lead role completing engineering and drafting of over 30 lift drawings and plans for a 1600 Te crawler crane (Demag CC 12600) with in-air adjustable rigging lengths to erect the major structural frame of the SoFi.

The Woodlands

• Management responsibilities for the full range of project activities from early project conception through planning, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, design, construction, and potential transatlantic tow of a US$ 372MM offshore Nigeria.
• These projects broadly contained a jacket supported wellhead platform, the conversion of an older jack-up style MODU to our specified crude, seawater, and gas processing MOPU, and a 60km subsea pipeline to the oil.

• Facilitated the Startup of a New Build Dynamically Positioned Semisubmersible and handover from the shipyard construction team to the successful initial maiden Voyage, Operations, Well, and Client Acceptance
• Daily operational, engineering, and management support for the Atwood Condor drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico, OCS. (New Build, 6th Generation, Dynamically Positioned, Ultra Deepwater, Semisubmersible - 130 Days.
• Managed our Client’s (Shell) MODU Intake Process, Audits, and initial US$ 8MM MODU Modification Project (30 Days)
• Warranty Engineer liaising with the Shipyard to correct and catalog Warranty Issues.
• Managed (HESS, Shell, and ATW) MODU Improvements: Flooring, Steel, Piping, Electronics, and Equipment Installations
• Personal responsibility for promoting personal and process HSE goals, awareness, and assist in continuous improvement of these safety processes and systems.
