I am responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the headquarters in Zug. In my role, I am responsible for the infrastructure of all international PG offices. The role involves managing 13 direct reports at headquarters and 19 employees in global office management. My responsibilities include welcoming clients, employees, visitors and guests. I ensure the proper functioning of the building and its environment and maintain its value (tenant improvements/landlord improvements), maintain facilities, develop and implement administrative procedures, house rules, building access control, health and safety, procurement, office budget, inventory control, office staff supervision, property insurance and facilities management. I provide global assurance of the eight core processes to meet internal office audits and legal/regulatory requirements.
