Deacon Corp. accomplishes a wide range of projects through our four distinct divisions: a general construction group tackling anything from new, ground-up construction to large-scale renovations and remodels; a special projects group dedicated to tenant improvements and short duration projects; an industry-leading repair and restoration group; and a multifamily housing group.

I was responsible for the bidding process of an entire project, including the collaborative development of a bid strategy, creating and maintaining all bid documentation and conceptual cost estimates, reviewing the plans and specifications, quantity take-off's using On-Screen, the development and maintenance of subcontractor relationships and database, and assisting in the development of other employees in the Estimating Department to aid in bidding for a particular project.
