I am the Director of the Center for European Studies (CES) at the University of Texas at Austin. I am also an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Department of Government at UT - Austin, with joint appointments in the International Relations and Global Studies (IRG) major and the European Studies Center. Previously, I was a visiting professor in the Department of Political Science at Southwestern University and an Assistant Professor at the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. My fields of teaching include comparative politics of Europe, the European Union, international organizations, and international and European regional security institutions.I was previously the Executive Director of the Global Disinformation Lab (GDIL) and the Assistant Director of the Center for European Studies (CES) at The University of Texas at Austin.Specialties: International relations, European security, international organizations
