My Responsibility at ADCOCK INGRAM: • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors• Setup and configure desktop PC’s to the network • Install application programs requested by the user• Remote Support, 3G support, Backups, Samsung Tablet-Phone support, Blackberry Phone Cisco Phone, Oracle Scanner, Change Server Tapes according to days. • Active Directory - create users, reset passwords, and add users to the domain • Basic printer troubleshooting and support• Attend Users, Helpdesk Phone Pickup's, Log and Assign call, Escalate calls to seniors. Psion & Motorola scanner Support Zebra & Knetix Printer Support  Do Network related tests i.e. network point, fly leads  Monitor Network on Solarwinds System  VOIP Systems Support (creating new extensions, setting up new phones etc.) Obtains quotations and places orders with suitable suppliers
