Liquefied Natural Gas Limited is an Australian public listed company (ASX: LNG) based in Perth, Western Australia. The Company's strategy was to develop mid scale LNG liquefaction export projects. linking proven gas reserves with existing LNG buyers. The role, based in Houston, Texas, encompassed all the authority and responsibilities normally attendant to the position of Chief Financial Officer of a public Company, as well as investor relations; economics, modeling and strategic investment processes; corporate strategy; and information technology.

Various senior roles including Head of Finance for BG Group's Global LNG business, head of strategy for the Americas businesses, leading BG Group's Americas upstream, midstream and downstream operations, and head of global HSSE for BG Group. Specific roles included were as follows.Senior Vice President, HSSE (health, safety, security and environment) - responsible to the entire BG workforce for assuring the health and safety of people, the integrity and safe operation of assets, and the protection of the environment (2013 to 2014).Senior Vice President, Americas Operations - accountable to COO for all aspects of business operations including stakeholder management and safe business delivery of upstream, processing and pipeline assets in North America, upstream and liquefaction assets in Trinidad and Tobago, upstream and processing assets in Bolivia and a re-gasification asset in Chile (2011 to 2013).Regional General Manager, Strategy and Implementation - drove ‘above plan’ strategic initiatives and business planning aimed at delivering year-on-year portfolio NPV growth from a geographically diverse portfolio of upstream, pipeline, liquefaction and transmission and distribution (T&D) businesses (2009 to 2011).VP, Finance, Planning and Economics Americas and Global LNG Region - directed finance teams overseeing upstream, pipeline, processing and T&D operations in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States and BG Group’s Global LNG operations - shipping, marketing, liquefaction and regasification (2003 to 2009).

Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller - Member of Corporate Strategy and Policy Committee (CS&PC), senior executive team delivering strategy and policy for the enterprise at-large. Led company-wide financial and operational accounting, tax, credit functions, and transaction supportVice President and Assistant Corporate Controller - directed financial reporting, transaction support, and key accounting and financial issue resolution.Director Financial Reporting & Risk Management Coordination - provided technical accounting advisor on significant financial issues and due diligence support to merger and acquisition and non-routine commercial transactions
