My last appointment was as Reliability Coordinator/OMC/Gatekeeper at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where I apply my customer service and work order management skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Powerhouse maintenance department. I work in this compacity from June 2022 until this mill was closed down in November 2023. Previously I had worked as a Shift Supervisor/Foreman at WestRock Company.As Reliability Coordinator, I review and approve contractor agreements, work requests, and invoices, as well as maintain the priority work order backlog and the forecasted spend plan. I also facilitate weekly and daily meetings with maintenance and operations supervisors to discuss work schedule, work planning, material procurement, and work order execution. I contribute to the team's safety, quality, and productivity goals by planning lockout/tagout processes as well as coordinating with environmental and process control departments. I have received multiple certifications on various power and recovery equipment and processes, which enable me to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am motivated by continuous learning and improvement, and I value collaboration and communication with my colleagues and customers.
