• Continuous management of day to day and extended plant budget, including: invoicing of product, and raw materials, administration of purchases and outside services.
• Continuous management of control and maintenance programs, and programming of plant HMI, and PLC control systems, including Allen Bradley PLC 5-80, 5-40’s, SLC-550e’s, 8 workstations with RS View, including projects.
• Continuous management and maintenance of all electrical systems from (6.9k to 4-20ma), EM-80 grinding mills, including two Kie-tek hot gas generators, 800+ hp motors, gearboxes, bag houses, 2000 plus ton silos (fine.
• Continuous management of plant wide environmental records and controls which has resulted in Zero environmental issues in twelve plus years of operation;
• Continuous management and implementation of plant wide safety training, this has led to Zero lost time accidents in the plants twelve years of operation;
