As a premier sports consultancy and management firm, ESM is committed to providing invaluable guidance and expertise to various entities, including governments, leagues, unions, teams, and corporate entities. Our overarching objective is to optimize their commercial and physical value and interest in sports, while also representing ethnically diverse athletes on a global scale, thereby empowering them to achieve unparalleled success in both their sporting and financial pursuits. Under my stewardship as the Chief Executive Officer, ESM has successfully cultivated a robust portfolio of professional boxers in the United Kingdom, ensuring their sustained sponsorship and active participation in the boxing arena. Recognizing the need for a broader international footprint, I assumed the role of Chairman and spearheaded ESM's strategic expansion by acquiring Play by Play INC, an esteemed sports and entertainment company based in Zimbabwe. Elites Global Strategies, a firm specializing in energy finance, storage, and production, as well as Inala Minerals, a prominent mining finance and mineral processing firm. Under my leadership, we successfully launched a Pad Campaign, raising over 2 million pads that were distributed to girls in orphanages and children's homes. Additionally, we organized an Entrepreneurship Pitch Day, where a deserving entrepreneur received a grant sponsored by Africa Arise. Were a long established and highly regarded home care provider offering domiciliary care, personal support, home help and companionship services.I started my role as an office assistant, during the summer holidays and school breaks, as I was still in school at the time. Helping with filing, answering calls, helping the CEO and operational director with various tasks.I then further progressed my role to a project manager, I collaborated closely with the CEO and Operational Director across multiple projects, undertaking a wide range of responsibilities. These included providing crucial support to three branches located in Woking, Reading, and Basingstoke during times of crisis, ensuring their continuity and stability. Additionally, I worked collaboratively with various departments such as administration, accounts, and training, facilitating seamless coordination and efficient operation. Furthermore, I assisted in the successful sale of the business in 2018. Through my multifaceted involvement and diligent project management, I actively contributed to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.
