Start-up and shutting down of the SAG and Ball mills for Sulphide, Mixed ore and oxide circuit. Operating of the cyclones and flotation density control circuit. Starting of Pebbles crusher. . Responsible for daily control room report. Adhere to plant operational procedures for production goal achievement and handle work safely. Function as plant operation to calibrate and troubleshoot automation, Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends . Manage electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities with the competency of a plant operator. Control all, Startup and shutdown of Jaw crusher conveyer belts, mills lubrication pumps, cooling tower pumps ,Sag mill, Ball mill ,mill cyclone feed pumps, flotation feed pumps,flotation machinery both suilphides and oxide machinery /cleaning circuit as well as re-cleaner circuit and re-agents pumps as well as thickeners/filtration feed pumps ,concentrate flocculant dossing pumps Tails flocculant dossing pumps,also Perform regular assessments and troubleshooting on PCS 7/ Siemen's to ensure operational compliance.

To direct plant operations in the section in order to confirm to statutory legislation, so that good house keeping standards are maintained. To coordinates production and maintenance activities during shift by supervising efficient operations and maintenance to archive plant objective. To supervise, control and give guidance to subordinate during shift operations. To monitor plant performance dynamically and take corrective actions to improve efficiency, minimize downtimes and reduce cost operations. Provide training required to operators and plant assistants to improve production, also ensure compliance to all standard operating procedures.ensure all plant equipments are maintained and perform process, also trouble shouting on plant operations. Maintain discipline and good industrial relations in all sections in order to promote highly moral conducive for productive. Maintain effective communication with engineering, laboratory and other production personnel. Responds to non conformance in the process and take necessary remedial action. Perform any other jobs maybeb requested by superior.
