I am a Federal Tax Services Partner at PwC, based in our Nashville office. I have extensive experience serving clients in the for-profit healthcare industry, but I have also spent time serving various clients in the manufacturing, retail, and service industries. I have spent most of my career assisting clients with tax accounting, compliance, and consulting projects. I have also assisted clients with navigating the tax complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as assisting them with various federal and state and local tax examinations.In my personal time, I serve on the Finance Board at St. Henry Church and School, where my family and I are active members of both the church and school. I serve in various capacities on other local nonprofit boards, specifically in the healthcare space and am an active member of Leadership Healthcare. I also enjoy spending time with my children and their friends by coaching various youth sports.
