The retention device could be used for transporting water across land by building an aqueduct. Flood protection for communities, homes & business premises. Soil and rock retention; ideal for railway where land slippages or flooding causes disruptions to railway network. There are no limits to the scale these systems can go.PATENTSAll rights in the designs are held by Mike Mulvihill and a master licence has been granted to Neptune Solutions Global.August 2014 our Patented design was granted in the United Kingdom.The designs have been evaluated and approved by the UK Patent Office and are currently being processed through the PCT route (application number PCT/GB2013/000448). The European Patent Office has confirmed that the design is novel, an inventive step and has industrial applicability.Publication of the design by the European { PATENT IS GRANTED } Europe, IS GRANTED the United Kingdom IS GRANTED and the USA IS GRANTED.
