-Serve as Airframes work center night crew NCOIC.-Manage the overall training, mentorship, professional development, and well being of 16 Marines for Airframes night crew.-Manage the work center's night crew in the accomplishment of all assigned maintenance.-Maintain situational awareness on the daily workload and all prioritized tasking.-Coordinate all in work maintenance with Maintenance Control and other work centers.-Ensure the timely completion of all prioritized and assigned maintenance tasks.-Ensure tool accountability is maintained at all times within the work center.-Serve as an Airframes mechanic and work center Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR) for the squadron's AH-1W, AH-1Z, UH-1N and UH-1Y aircraft.-Evaluate and correct any deficiencies regarding the performance of other CDQARs, AirframeCollateral Duty Inspectors (CDI) and other Airframe mechanics.-Perform final inspections of flight critical components on all four type model H-1 series aircraft to ensure aircraft are safe for flight.
