- Creating and maintaining the new company website. - Reporting website progress and analysis to company CEO monthly. - Using the website analytics to improve user experience, search engine rankings and performance on the site. - Maintain the website’s live chat facility and set up new agents when necessary. - Using coding skills to help out the technical research and development department with new UI. - Carrying out fuel analysis for customers and reporting the results back to account managers/salespersons. - Aiding and assisting in creating reporting in and out of Salesforce to help internal company improvement. - Leading process improvements within the office such as document scanning services. - Assisting Engineering in day to day tasks when needed. - Aiding colleagues with company-wide changes/improvements in terms of training to use certain software e.g. Salesforce. - Updating company call log and sending to managers. - Working with team to schedule campaigns for Business Development Consultants to call.

Responsible for SEO checks on clients websites, gathering data on performance and warnings and errors onsite. Reporting to clients with recommended onsite changes and in cases where we had FTP access to the client's site, making the SEO friendly changes to improve usability and performance. Other tasks include backlink analysis, on-site checks, site audits. Experience with SEO tools such as; Screaming Frog, Moz tool, Majestic, Google Webmaster tools, Google Analytics. Some further experience in development using code such as; CSS, JS, PHP, HTML.

I was responsible for looking over and making reasonable changes to client paid accounts on Google Adwords such as; bid changes, ad copy refresh, adding new and negative keywords. Also responsible for client reporting tasks including creating MTD reports and writing commentary on performance for weekly and monthly reporting. Tasks carried out include; search query reports, bid optimisations, daily account spend overviews, consultancy. Experience using tools such as; Google Adwords (& editor extension), Google Analytics. Strong experience in Microsoft Excel due to daily use for reporting tasks.
