I am currently working as an information technology consultant for CGI Federal in Durham, NC. Daily, I work with a team of functional and technical business analysts to deliver end-to-end IT solutions for our clients. In an agile workspace, my team and I maintain a constant dialogue with our clients to bridge the gap between their IT requirements and a functional solution. My position exposes me to a variety of CGI owned IP and I am constantly developing a better understanding of IT systems and how they are inextricable from a modern business approach. In this role I directly engaged with my company’s approximately 50 interior design clients to provide high quality customer support and unique design solutions daily. I also supported the management of several millions of high-end interior design studio inventory around the Raleigh-Durham area to ensure maximized product quality for clients. In addition, I organized logistics regarding the intake, processing, and delivery of luxury home furnishings as custom ordered by our interior design clients. Finally, in a team setting, I executed the fulfillment and delivery of client orders to a standard of professional quality that is representative of a high-end design firm.
