I am a licensed attorney in New York. I have both law firm and in-house legal experience as well as over a decade of experience in regulatory compliance and management. I am a transactional lawyer with commercial real estate, leasing, contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory and corporate compliance being my professional legal niche. Over the course of my previous career, I worked for a large multinational conglomerate, managing regulatory compliance including environmental and occupational health and safety (OSHA), corporate compliance, and the management of employees and departments within my niche. Navigating complex matrix business structures, successfully interacting with a diversity of competencies and departments, and managing processes and teams across the USA and internationally are well within my comfort level and expertise. The extensive management and operations experience has provided me with a strong foundation to mesh with my legal knowledge and experience. Understanding business/operations needs and having a strong legal foundation with the ability to mitigate risk and resolve issues provides a well-rounded tool kit to be effective in any role.
