Manage day to day and long term operations. Responsible for efficient package sortation through management of package handlers. Along with managing package handlers I complete daily administrative task such as completing OSHA required safety meetings, dock load control sheets, and approving my employees time cards. Achieve metric goals based on customers experience/expectations by building and maintaining relationships with my employees.

Managed day to day operations on one of four sorts that operate at my facility. Responsible for reporting daily/weekly metrics for the facility to senior management, managing directors, and Vice Presidents. Along with ensuring that metric goals were attained for the sort, I was in charge of managing twelve operation managers who managed seventy to one hundred and twenty package handlers. I have completed internal audits to ensure operation managers completed administrative work correctly and in compliance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Ensured collaboration between the operation, linehaul, maintenance, and human resources.
