I am a result oriented and God fearing person, skilled in both Information & Communication Technology and Education. I was able to integrate Information Technology with Business management, Education and training. As a result of being able to blend these two sectors which I am also passionate about, I have gained vast experience working with different institutions, companies and organizations offering IT Services & Application support, Core Banking System, communication, Education and training as well as Agribusiness. I have Successfully implemented and managed ICT and Education projects and services delivery with beneficiaries across East Africa and beyond evidence in: Simba Technology partnering with Infosys Ltd supporting systems such as Finacle Core Banking, internet banking as well as mobile banking, Biofarms Ltd while heading ICT department, Advatop Training Consultants (Rwanda) Partnering with World Vision and the local government, Webzz Tuition Center, Alliance Girls High School among others.My joy is to work with Institutions, organizations and people that encourages innovation, positive development and growth of the people and the society as a whole in all aspects.Achievements:• Seven years of relevant experience in the area of System Support, client/partner Consultancy, and third party application support and Project Implementation.• Provided support during the identification, planning, and implementation of an appropriate business enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and mobile communication at Biofarms Limited.• I have provided training for the new staff and system end users each time there was new team or clients.• In partnership with colleagues and management, we successfully developed and implemented a Group Lending System in Post Bank Uganda.• Did successful project proposals for the company which were used to get new contracts for support, application development and customization.• Participation in various Projects and Project Teams in work places and other groups on various occasions.• Taught and prepared students for IGCSEs, A Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), National Diploma and 8.4.4 exams.• Together with Advatop Training Consultants management and partnering NGOs such as World Vision and British Council, I helped in training of teachers and student mentorship as well as assisting the management in recruitment of project team of qualified trainers for implementation of a pioneer project to transit the Rwanda Education System to a new medium of Instruction.
