Started my career in real estate in 1985 as a residential appraiser in the city of Atlanta. Was FHA and VA approved and was staff for several major mortgage companies (Travelers Mortgage, Centrust Mortgage and Commonwealth Mortgage) while practicing in Atlanta. Return to my home town of Boston in 1992 and work for several major appraisal firms before founding my own company in 1996, Infonet appraisal group. The last two decades of real estate experience have been primarily as a real estate consultant utilizing my valuation skills, research skills and negotiation skills to help investors identify opportunities In the single-family, multi family and commercial arenas. This last year I’ve concentrated my time in assisting a close associate that is a commercial broker in Florida, to market his off market nationwide commercial asset listings (Multi family, hotel, industrial, retail and office).I am now a Massachusetts licensed commercial real estate agent.
