I’m a clinical nutritionist for the PA Woman, Infant, and Children Program. My responsibilities include bridging participants to positive health outcomes. I educate moms on making healthy food choices during pregnancy, lactation, and postpartum and for their children during early development. My expertise includes motivational interviewing, interpreting anthropometrics, developing and implementing SMART goals, and providing referrals as needed. My love for assisting people in becoming a better and healthier version of themselves drives me to approach my job with passion. My colleagues would describe me as a compassionate and driven individual who incorporates an optimistic, assertive attitude in everything I do, with a knack for streamlining processes.In May 2022, I graduated from West Chester University with a Master's in Community Nutrition, Summa Cum Laude. I excelled in comprehending an practice-based approach in public health nutrition to meet the needs of diverse and vulnerable populations through implementing evidence-based nutrition programs.
